Types of Yoga
Various yoga styles that one can undertake. Even though they have different names, some yoga activities have similar goals, and thus they can be done within one session. Moreover, power yoga is done faster than other types of yoga. This yoga aims to promote muscle strength and increase flexibility among participants. Sivananda yoga is a branch of hatha yoga. This type of yoga uses many relaxing tactics, such as breathing techniques, salutations of the sun, and the basic asanas; thus, it is appropriate for all age groups interested in participating. Restorative yoga entails using props to support the body and the kind of poses that last not less than five minutes. As a result, some fall sleep is allowed in these sessions.
